PRODUCTION INTERCOM EXTERNAL SIGNAL INTERFACES
| AD903 | |||||||||||||
|
The AD903 allows the connection of almost any other audio device, input or output, to a cabled intercom system. Typical applications include: 1) Feeding the signal from a stage microphone or audio mixer output into the intercom system so that intercom users can monitor the program from a distant point; 2) Feeding the intercom conversations out to an audio amplifier, and; 3) Connecting the intercom system to another intercom system which is operating on a different voltage or standard. |

The AD913 permits communications between a cabled intercom system and any number of standard, simplex, (press-to-talk) transceivers. One of your transceivers is dedicated as base, and connected via its accessory mic/spkr jacks to the AD913. Transmissions from other transceivers (on the same frequency) are then heard at all intercom stations on the same circuit as the AD913. These stations may then transmit to the remote transceivers by simply pressing and holding their signal button. |
