them. However, if you are in need of replacement parts in a hurry, we suggest
contacting the manufacturer directly for the fastest service as we do not

| Warranty Repair
Service |
Item was purchased within last (30) days:
Except for custom built and some special order items, we will usually replace
the item if you have purchased it within the last (30) days. Call us at your
earliest convenience to find out if the item qualifies for replacement.
Item was purchased more than (30) days ago and is currently covered by
the manufacturer's warranty:
Most items under warranty that require service are sent back to the manufacturer
or to one of the manufacturer's warranty repair centers. You can call us
and arrange to send the item back to us so we can send the item in for you,
or for the fastest turnaround, you may contact the manufacturer directly
and send the item directly to them saving the transit time of going through
us. We are happy to help you with arranging the warranty service in the manner

| Out of Warranty Repair
Service |
We suggest that items requiring service and that are out of warranty
be serviced either by the manufacturer or a factory authorized service center.
Sending the item to any other type of repair service provider may save you
a few nickels but may take much longer. To find a factory authorized service

Pittsburgh area. Gourmet has been servicing professional audio and lighting
equipment for over 25 years and specializes in quality workmanship and rapid
service. In addition to repair, Gourmet can perform custom modifications
of concert (touring) consoles, amplifiers, processors, dimmers and more.
