Features of the Rosco Alpha 900 Fog Machine:
The Alpha 900 is the lowest priced of all Rosco fog machines, but it has a large volume for such a small machine. Weighing less than 12 lb. (5 kg), the Alpha 900 delivers quite a punch for a machine with a 1000 watt heater. The Alpha 900 is operated from a hand held remote attached to a 30 ft. (9 m) cord which has a simple ON/OFF switch. Housing will only accommodate the (1) liter size fluid bottle, must be purchased separately.

Features of the Rosco Model 1700 Fog Machine:
The Rosco Model 1700 has a remote control stored on board, with a 5-meter lead and fine control for volume as well as on-board timers. In addition, the Model 1700 can be operated from a lighting control board through an optional DMX interface. Another feature of the Model 1700 is that it can easily be daisy chained, allowing up to 4 machines to be operated from a single remote control.  The fog outlet cowling accepts the standard Rosco hose adaptor and ducting hose system. Like most Rosco fog machines, the Model 1700 can be operated with the Rosco Chiller Module or Rosco Coldflow for low-lying chilled fog. The Model 1700 gives a high burst of fog and then ramps back to give continuous fog at any volume setting with no interruption for a reheat cycle. With few replacement parts this machines proves to be an easy machine to service and maintain.  The Rosco model 1700 accepts the 4L Rosco Fog Fluid bottle, which makes it accessible to the entire range of Rosco fluids.

Features of the Rosco Model 1900 Fog Machine:
Built on the same principles as the Model 1700, the Model 1900 offers control features that today's special effects professionals demand. These include volume control to allow the user to vary the output as well as on/off timers for automatic sequencing. Up to four Model 1900 machines can be operated from a single remote by simply running a standard 3-pin XLR cable from machine to machine. The remote control, standard equipment for the Model 1900, is stored on the machine and comes with a 15 foot cable. An optional DMX control (the same as that used with the Model 1700) is available. The Model 1900 accepts the same standard hose adaptor and ducting hose as all other Rosco machines. But the most unique feature of the Model 1900 is the extremely high output, which is almost twice as much as the Model 1700. With an initial high burst of fog the Model 1900 will fill the largest venues with fog in a very short time. After the initial burst, the Model 1900 will scale back the fog to operate continuously without interruption for a reheat cycle. The Model 1900 is equipped with an electronic thermostat, a cast aluminum heat exchanger, and a piston pump, all for easy serviceability. In addition the heat exchanger has a resettable thermal trip for safety. The machine will hold a 4-liter bottle of fluid and is compatible with all standard Rosco fog fluids.

Features of the Rosco Delta 3000 Fog Machine:
Using precision designed components coupled with a new electronics design known as Delta Technology™, Rosco's Delta 3000 Fog Machine provides the tools to make fog and smoke a more versatile and creative component for any performance, film or video presentation.  The heat exchanger of the Delta 3000, the heart of any fog machine, is made of cast aluminum housing a robust 1500 watt heater element. The design of the heat exchanger, along with a unique electronic thermostatic control, is the key to creating unparalleled volumes of smoke - volumes large enough to fill most stages in less than a minute.  The other major innovation of the Delta 3000 is the harnessing of the Delta Technology to control the fog effect. The Rosco Delta 6000 fog machine utilizes a dual path heat exchanger to efficiently create a very large volume of fog. Designed primarily for use on very large stages, theme parks and industrial applications, the Delta 6000 operates from the same sophisticated software as the Delta 3000™ This Delta Technology™ allows the user a variety of controls as standard equipment including: DMX, local volume control, timers, and 0-10 volt signal. Rosco Stage & Studio Fluid:
Rosco Stage & Studio Fluid was created for those occasions where certain fog effects need to dissipate quickly or to create low-lying effects . Used with all Rosco fog machines, it will produce an effective theatrical fog and then disappear The Academy Award winning Rosco Fog Fluid has become the standard of the entertainment industry for fog effects in the performing arts. In many theatrical, film and television presentations, however, these effects are required only at a particular point in the production. Once the effect is completed, it is important that the fog disappears quickly and does not intrude on the action that follows. Used in conjunction with a Rosco fog machine and a Rosco Coldflow, or Rosco Chiller Module the Stage & Studio Fluid generates an excellent low-lying fog effect. Similar to the effect produced by dry ice and hot water, the Rosco chilled fog system is more economical.

Features of the Rosco Coldflow:
The Rosco Coldflow is an accessory for standard fog machines that converts liquid carbon dioxide (LCO2) to dry ice. The dry ice cools a uniquely designed aluminum extrusion that is capable of converting large volumes of fog into dense low lying fog. The unit can create a wide range of low lying fog effects from a continuous layer to a gigantic cloudburst. By using LCO2, the Coldflow is far more efficient than more conventional means for creating a low-lying fog. The unit actually uses the LCO2 to create dry ice inside an aluminum chamber. You then can use your Rosco Model 1600 (or just about any other Rosco fog machine), and run the fog through the cooling chamber. The fog is chilled below ambient temperature and will hug the ground. It is well known that the cooler the fog, the better the effect. That's why, by exposing the fog to the low temperature of dry ice, you can get a great effect. Coldflow eliminates all of the problems associated with using commercial dry ice. These problems included finding a source, transporting, handling, storage and the need to limit fog to short effects. Liquid carbon dioxide is commonly found almost anywhere. It is easy to handle and does not require any special storage. Whereas 50 pounds of dry ice will give a 15-minute effect when dropped in hot water, a comparable tank of LCO2 will last for hours. Best results will be achieved when the Rosco Coldflow used with any Rosco fog machine plus Rosco Stage & Studio Fog Fluid. Stage & Studio is specifically designed to help create fog that will lie lower and accept the lower temperatures and other changes created by the Coldflow. A remote included as standard equipment activates Coldflow. The remote has three easy-to-read LEDs. One of these indicators is for ON/OFF, the second illuminates while the unit is cooling (about ten minutes) and a third tells you when Coldflow is ready for operation. Attached to the unit is a 7' metal hose for connection from the Coldflow to a LCO2 tank.
