As of April 2008, we have been advised by Ultrasone's U.S. distributor that when Ultrasone introduced the Edition 9's they had set a quantity limit that they will manufacture and that when this quantity is reached, the Edition 9's will no longer be made. Ultrasone's U.S. distributor also informed us that Ultrasone originally estimated reaching the set production quantity limit of Edition 9's by the end of 2007, however the quantity limit was not reached in 2007 and Ultrasone revised the estimated time of reaching the production quantity limit to some time in 2008.

*We have several limited quantity pre-scheduled orders placed with Ultrasone's U.S. distributor for Edition 9's and we are continuing to place additional orders.

*We expect to receive our next shipment of Edition 9's mid May 2008, however we have no exact date or guarantee.

*We are currently taking advanced reserved pre-paid orders for the limited quantity of Edition 9's that we have on order with Ultrasone. In the event that we are notified by Ultrasones' U.S. distributor that the production quantity limit of Edition 9's has been reached and that any of our outstanding order(s) will not be filled, we will immediately provide a full refund to everyone who has placed an advance order with us for Edition 9's.

*We currently are not aware of any plans by Ultrasone to introduce or manufacture a replacement model for the Edition 9.
